I have the Benq W1300 projector, which we bought in 2016. The module that we have has a lot less plastic housing and is metal. Will this lamp still fit into my projector? Asked by Thilan F. On Dec 29, 2023
We don't sell just the lamp or the bare bulb on our website, but you can call our customer support line: 1800-646-091 as well bare bulbs on a special case basis. It is recommended that you use our module, since the original equipment manufacterer (OEM) bulbs will only fit into our MyProjectorLamps branded module. It is not recommended to use another module made from another company with the OEM bulb.

I purchased this lamp from you last year and the plate in front of the bulb broke. The lamp will not function at all now. Is the warranty still active? Asked by Douglas G. On May 03, 2024
There is a 180-day or six month warranty on our lamps, so it depends on when you bought it last year. If you bought the lamp at the end of last year, then the warranty may still be valid. If you bought the lamp before then, you will need to buy a replacement lamp.
